As I've mentioned before I'm big into helping those less fortunate. One of the blogs I follow wrote about orphans in Ethiopia and the need for cloth diapers. The blogger Lauren is adopting a boy from Ethiopia and saw first hand what they lacked. Another couple Lauren met started a Facebook page...

On the page they posted: Despite their hard work though, some supplies remain desperately short in number. One of the biggest needs is cloth diapers. Some orphan homes were so short that they had to reuse disposable diapers or not use diapers at all. While we can't meet every need, we can supply cloth diapers for these wonderful children.
We take for granted the things we have here in America. We can easily jump in the car, head to the store and pick up diapers when needed. We can easily throw cloth diapers in the washer when needed. Most things that we need are at our fingertips. We are a blessed country and so I'm asking you to help those less fortunate. Those who just happened to be born not in the U.S.A.
